Catch Up Day!
I'm going to try to play catch up on everything that has been going on in our lives lately...in one day! We've been doing so much lately that whenever we get down time we can hardly think straight! So enjoy all the updates! LOVE!

Police Academy
Jason is about to start his last week at the Police Academy on Monday! He has graduation on Friday, the 17th. I'm just so proud of him and all his endurance. He's been amazing and steady through out this whole process. The Lord has been wonderful and faithful to both of us during these 10 weeks! Just continue to pray for us during his last week at the academy and starting this new job as we both adjust to another new schedule. Thank ya'll for also being the faithful friends and family that we know the Lord has provided for us. Much love.
Hudson Michael Brown & July 4th!
Jason and I just had another awesome July 4th (the first one being on our honeymoon)! We were able to go to Big Canoe, thank you David & Barbara, and spend so great time with some of my best college girl friends. It's just really awesome to sit back and look at how different all of our lives are, but instead of drifting apart, we just feed off each other even more. Just taking each other and really learning all we can from each other's adventures and trials. They are some really amazing women! Jason had a great time too. He got to hang out with the husband/fiance/boyfriend of the other girls, and of course, they all got along great! One of the highlights though was meeting baby Hud!!! He is just amazing! It's really cool to see him and our nephew, Shep, going through the same stages, although Hudson was almost 2 lbs. bigger than Shep! They already have different things they like and different personalities. GOSH, we love those boys!!!

Our First Home! - "Before"
Jason and I just bought our first home!!! It was a process, but we're now the proud owners of a little bungalow! We know we can’t put up every picture that we take of our first home, but we wanted to share a few from each stage. This is the “before” stage, and I can’t wait to put some up of the “during” stage! We’ve made so much progress thanks to our wonderful families and our amazing friends!

Bust'n Our Butts
Anna's Baby Shower
Update, finally
So we've had a few "complaints" about not updating. We've had SO many things changing in our lives since February. Jason got a job with the city of Newberry Police Dept. which is amazing and such a blessing and confirmation from the Lord. So naturally, we had to move to the city of Newberry. We have some amazing friends here that we had already established friendships with so the move was relatively easy. But guess what...we just bought our FIRST HOUSE! it's so perfect! We'll it needs work, but it's perfect for us! So Jason has been at the police academy and I've been picking out things for the new house! We're also the proud aunt and uncle of Shepherd Cole Vincent. He's amazing! And not only that but my sweet Anna had her first baby boy too!!! Hudson Michael Brown! We haven't gotten to meet Hudson yet but I'm sure he's incredible too! We've just been so blessed, it's so over whelming sometimes!I'm going to try to put up pictures of all these things soon! And I'm going to try to do a little better!

Valentine's Day!!!
We just had our first Valentine's Day as a married couple and we had SO much fun! Jason planned a surprise for us (although I guessed it early)! He took me to Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia, then we walked around 5 Points to a bunch of local shops. For dinner he took me to Sato's Japanese Steak House, my favorite! Perfect first Valentine's!

Christmas/New Years with the Nichols'
I finally got the pictures from my mom from when they were in town and we got to celebrate Christmas with them. We had so much fun! Then we cooked a traditional New Years Day meal for lunch and then lounged the rest of the day.

New Years Day Lunch
Jason got to try out his new cooker and deep fried a whole chicken for us (there were no turkeys left). It was so good! And dad made turnip greens that i decided to try for the first time in my life...not too bad!
